Along with cash rent, crop share, and flex leases, our farm offers  custom farming.  Operations include tillage, planting, nitrogen application, harvest, and minor dirt work.  Using University of Illinois custom farm rates offer transparency and well researched prices that are fare for both sides.  Attached is the PDF which shows prices used for the 2020 season.
